Uchiha Itachi - Reach the Stars

Even if you can't reach the stars, their light can reach you...

This artwork is special to me. I'm really not good in writing detailed descriptions, but I want to explain, why I drew this.

Since I was a child I was told, that I couldn't do this and that. „You're not good enough.“ „You're not skilled enough.“ „You could not do this.“

I'm 32 years old and in all these years I never has some goals to reach. Because I could not do this. So I was raised and told to give up, because I can't reach the stars.

Well... maybe they're right. Maybe I can't reach the stars.

But...

It's enough. I needed 32 years to find a goal. I needed 32 years to understand, that I could reach it, if I work hard enough and I needed 32 years to finally understand, that I don't need the others to believe in me. The only one, who has to believe is ME. In myself.

I never want to give up again.
